About Me

Dr. Rolf Wallin, M.D.

Age Management & Functional Medicine Specialist

Dr. Rolf Wallin has dedicated over 35 years to optimizing health, fitness, and successful aging. His expertise in Age Management and Functional Medicine integrates nutrition, fitness, hormone optimization, and individualized supplements to enhance wellness.

His practice includes comprehensiveCenegenics programs, Emsella therapy for urinary incontinence, GAINSWave for erectile dysfunction, PRP injections (P-Shot), hormone optimization (including pellet insertion) and Exercise Physiology testing for performance improvement.

Dr. Wallin’s career in Fayetteville, NC began in 1988 when he started the cardiac anesthesia and surgery program before transitioning to outpatient anesthesia for 20+ years at Fayetteville Ambulatory Surgery Center. He began working in Age Management Medicine in 2014. He holds certifications from AMMEF and AMMG, and is aPartner Physician with Cenegenics. He is also a Certified Fitness Trainer & Certified Precision Nutrition Coach.

Beyond medicine, he is an avid athlete, competing in marathons, triathlons, and long-distance cycling. He is a woodworker, metal artist, locksmith and an instrument rated private pilot, donating 200+ flight hours yearly to causes like patient and veteran transport, disaster relief, animal rescue and conservation. He is a certified lacrosse & bowling coach.
